Another thing that you have to do to stay energized is to stay hydrated. Water is needed by the body since it helps regulate the body processes. Drinking water is something you should do when you are somewhere hot or when you will do a very rigorous activity. Dehydration can make you feel lethargic.

Lastly, do not forget the importance of keeping yourself well nourished. You need food because this is where you will get your energy. Make sure that you fill yourself up food that is nutritious. Eating anything that is fatty or full of preservatives will just make you feel very tired.
